if we're talking extortionate prices, newcastle academy 3.40 for carlsberg and thats this time last yr.

Talking dirt cheap my ex employer, mirco brewery 3.50 for 2pints of real ale. Or the social i was at for the north east maidens last weekend 2.05 for stella 4%

Anyone been clubbing in the USA? now there's a whole other ball game. They know how to do it right there, and the English accent works a treat

Similar prices on the whole, though I was with my mates in Miami, and one of 'em bought a double vod red bull for £20..wtF??!

Although happy hour at our hotel didn't mean half price, it meant free...yep free, just show your room card and make the most of the hour.

Never been to England mate, never mind being on the lash!
It's one of my things to do this year, so I think I am doing London for St. Paddy's day, met some nice Irish girls on holiday who live there...

I would love to see Ferry, beats a track day for me. Would like to see Re-Order, Ferry Corsten, Marco V, Above & Beyond, etc

Never get anyone like that up here, Marco V was a one off really

I may venture down south more this year, problem is its full of English people jokes haha

My liver is still recovering after a lads skiing holiday to Bulgaria, was out every night till 5/6am, up for skiing around 10... Even managed a cheeky night out in Edinburgh the day we flew back

More into drum and bass just now, and surprise surprise there's feck all clubs up here that play trance/D&B, odd few but are too expensive and full of to$$ers...

Get a group of lads there, am sure they would put a stop to that...

Could do a savage amount of damage in an hour!!

Yep I worked in texas for 2 months, drinks were hardly any different in price.
Used to go to this place in Houston where bottled beer was in huge ice bucket with women in the smallest of bikinis ( stars and stripes one as well) serving them, bottles of bud etc was $1.50 a bottle.

I was in a club once while a load of DEA officers raided, they were after particular peeps i think cos we was speaking to this huge black guy who turned out to be one of the DEA guys as well.
Police randomly walk around clubs over there, I didn't see any drug using in clubs at all.
A few of the strip joints didnt have drinks licenses so you paid $20 in and took your own cool box full of beer, how cools that?

Edit, i agree about the accent btw , hardly any tourists in the places I went so you stand out
