As for tank protectors - SH is right in a way - many don't look that good - but personally I prefer that to a scratched tank.

I guess cos us ladies don't have rather badly designed 'bits' in the way, we tend to sit closer to the tank and therefore run a greater risk of zips etc scrating our lovely paintwork.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I have joined many forums before but never got a welcome like I have from you guys (even if I attracts the drunken ones .... Jester )

If I was to get a tank protector I was gonna get the Suzuki one, All the SV's I was looking at to buy had them on and they were pretty nice compared to ones I looked at on ebay last night.


I agree with "K" I think, will get one so me paintwork stays as immaculate as it i now

Hello newbie! WOuldnt matter if you didnt have the bike - I dont have anything (ok, a speedfight, but I dont feel good about that) but my heart is all SV!

Hopefully buying one soon
