That's a much more polite comment than I was expecting!

By way of comparison here is the wear on my Z6's when they came off. I don't have measurements for when they were new. The 0 mile line is just there to give an arbitrary datum. RHS of the front reached the replace bars first...

It's taken me a while to get around to this. Here's the 2000 mile update:





Not done much other than commute to work really, one ride out with me mates, so as expected most the wear is in the middle. Still looks like I'm on course for 5000-6000 miles lifetime frm the rear.

ring ding im also in bristol and am getting some roadsmarts this week, may i ask where u got urs from and ftted if in bristol and how much??

Hi,

I got them fitted at All About Bikes, to the bike as it was in for a service anyway. They aren't the cheapest around but I know a chap who works there so like to give them the business. I can't remember how much they were I'm afraid. You could also try Pro-Tyre, I've used them in the past as well. I would think they'd be cheaper.

Well I've got 7500 on a PR2, and it's looking like I'll have to start thinking about changing the rear soon. The front looks good as new

Hello all just got roadsmarts fitted yesterday at micheldever tyres in hampshire. I know one of the guys there and he highly recomended these, it was £200 inc fitting put i got a small discount down to £160 . Still scrubing in and will update on progess but the reviews are confidence insipering.
