If you're worried, bring the baffle with you, it should be a simple job to re-insert at the roadside (like I did that time).
I also have a 7x5 plate, I might bring the baffles with me just in case.... then when we meet up you guys/girls can tell me weather I should keep it in or not.

There's also a petrol station that you'll pass in Ruthin which is where I'll probably stop to fill up before meeting at Ponderosa.
Just been looking at the map close up and there are some pretty sharp (looks like hair pins) corners on the A494 just before Llanbedr-Dyffryn-Clwyd on the way to Ruthin.

Are they the ones you mean Baph??

Yup, and indeed it is a hairpin. Very very tight. I've come round it too fast in first gear before now. But I've also crawled around it with a caravan trying to overtake me when I had a flat rear tyre!!

Those bends are not too dodgy. Watch the second one from Mold direction, it tightens up and can catch out the unwary. There is a 40 limit on that section now, stay in the limit=no problem. The 30 section in Llanbedr DC is also new and is popular with the Talivan.

Blimey, I go off to work for the day, and mayhem kicks off

So there's me, Pete, Dave, Dave, Stu, Stu and Stu in Pete's Eats so far...........although if we get another Dave along I'm slightly worried what this 3v3 will entail.................I'll make sure I have batteries for the camera

Mike..................has Dave told you yet the the ice creams are on you as a forfeit for riding a H*nd*??
