recently i had to wheel my bike home 2 miles due to what seemed to be a loose battery connection...... once i got it home i connected the battery on properly as the floating boat was missing and it wouldnt fire up..... So i charged the battery over night and hey presto it fires up..... So then i drove it around for about 5 days to work and back etc and got home one night.... 5 mins later went to get back on the bike and nothing... it sounds like the battery has gone dead.. so i took the seat off and checked the connection wasnt loose again which it wasnt...... any ideas what it might be.... any suggestions... ive only had it like 6 weeks!

Check the Regulator/Rectifier. It's a feature on the SV designed to fail
