Sound of Thunder Race series.
Watched the Sound of Thunder yesterday from Castle Coombe. There was an SV1000 racing (no#22). Anyone from here? I think he was called Peter something. I have a picture somewhere........
Also saw Leon and Ron Haslam do a few laps which was awesome. Lots of races, Tom Bridewell was racing as well, came 2nd in the 1000cc race. |

Never been, but wouldnt mind going. I saw some of these non-pro races on telly at some eal odd hour in the morning - Men & Motors I think it was. They made for quite exciting races to watch as there was lots of drama on the track - maybe as they are not so slick.

the BMCRC races are at snetterton on 13th and 14th sept. £10 to get in for a lot of races. cheap day out.
