WANTED - Pointy SV650 BLACK

Hi all..

just registered and sorry that I probably won't contribute much to the forum as I have a blade, but I've been looking for an SV650, for a friend that is getting to biking, and a mate recommended this forum..

What I'm after:

Must be:
Pointy SV650
and black

Preferably with full fairings and low mileage
not fussed about extras...
if it comes with 33bhp restrictor kit the better...

I'm based in the Thames Valley area, so bike well up north won't be an option...sorry!

I know I've said must be black, but maybe if a nice bike comes up with the right price, but in a different colour, I might consider...

Well the nice people on here can't look for any for you if they don't know how much you've got to spend.

about 2,5 maybe 3k...

Black ones are worth twice the price cos you can't find them. It's nice having a popular colour that's in short supply.

is there such a big difference on price?
cause I've been looking on ebay and the price doesnt seem too different from the rest sold there... this is when they sell..lol
i've found loads of them dont sell at all..

Think the red seat started on the K8's, anything prior was a black seat. And you can get the black seat according to the Zuky website

2.5-3K will get you a very good example, I'd have a look at cuz's as I know him and Kwak look after their bikes a little too well (Don't think they get to ride them the amount they clean them!)

You should be able to get a K6 or K7 with reasonably low mileage, in good condition, with a few extras and in whatever colour you want.
