Default Sandblasting an engine... the wrong way.

If this is true, there are some seriously scary people in the world. They're allowed to reproduce?

Better add some water to the crank case to thin some of that sand out first.

My mate firthy works for Volkswagen UK and mentioned this to me in november last year! "some tool tried porting/polishing his engine by dumping a load of sand in the airbox" I pished myself

Even better, last week on the kitcar forums, someone posted a link to a guy ranting about his knackered transmission on his truck.. Someone told him he could alter the gearing by welding his differential! = twisted metal everywhere

Aye ,read a few pages on it turns out it's fake but funny all the same.
On a similar note a work collegue of mine reckoned he saw a woman in a garage trying to fill her car with petrol via the oil filler cap under the bonnet!

Hmmm

The problem is that we keep passing laws to try and protect people like this from Darwin!
