Fast or not it is still above the legal limit. 3 points and a £60 fine. It's Sh1te, I know I have been done twice.

Unless of course you are lucky enough to be offered attendance at a speeding workshop run by the police.

36 is marginal for a speed awareness course. Depends where you live. Otherwise as Dan says 3 points plus 60 quid.

Unlucky but as others have said, still over the limit. Chalk it down to experience!

Well think of it as 'another' of your contributions to the bankers' bail out and bonuses. Just another tax.

Assume you received the form within 14 days of the offence?

Not how it works. It has to be posted in enough time so as it is reasonably expected it will reach to registered keeper within 14 days, so if it posted 3 days before, but Royal Mail mess up and it takes a week to get there, it is still valid.
