For those Downloading instead of ARing...
My alternative plan
1) See Slash on the Wednesday night before Download. 2) Go to AR 3) On the Monday, Attend the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards, starting with a pre-Awards party on a boat on the Thames, then off to the O2 where Anthrax, Biohazard and others await. Thank the gods for friends that win competitions then can't actually use the prizes themselves

Got asked if I wanted to go to Cokdplay last night. As it happened, I spent the evening stuck in a traffic jam, which was preferable.
