Found these pictures on a america website:

Not to sure on the colours myself, but then this is the US release, so we might see something different here.

Like the small fairing on the naked, but not the black frames. This 'hides' one of the nicest features on the bike.

Yellow SVS with the black frame, and budget for a black double bubble and powdercoating the front forks, and a bellypan, hump and undertray. Paint the calipers gold, and you have the first good-looking new-shape SV.

Yes, well, their quality control finally got down to business and stopped letting bikes leave the factory with just the undercoat on...

(seriously, do you not find that silver ones scratch up like nothing on earth? I took a close look at the damage on Scooby Drew and Dirty Baz's unfortunate Silver Machines, and the paint's really thin... On my battered black steed, it's about an inch thick

Black frames look good.

New SV1000 has some updates.
Increased engine performance with higher 11.6:1 compression ratio, 20% less crank inertia, larger 54mm throttle bodies, shorter airbox inlet tube, revised cam timing and two air pressure sensors per cylinder for more precise fuel injection volume control

Sounds like a back pedal from the soft tune of the SV to almost TL engine specs. At last!
First road test should be good reading.
