To get at the front lights...
Do I have to 'go in' from the front or the back?

From the back.
Peel off the rubber cover and there is a spring clip that hold the bulb in place. |

yup, want to get a xenon in the other one, to match.
i'll have a search for the manual, sure it came with the bike somewherer..
