hi all, just bought a blue K3 today, 1st proper road bike in about 17 yrs.
currently green lane on an XR400. what a difference, couldn`t ride round corners to start with, totally different to trials bike. last road bikes were kawa 750 turbo, and fz600 engine in xj550. so today i stayed on the back roads till i got the hang of it, and was having fun within an hour ![]() being used to a thumper the engine is a gem, lots of low down, and engine braking, brakes are good, but feel like they would benifit from braided hoses. think i am gona like this bike. anyway the help is this, where in chelmsford do you go for bike tyres, its got Diablos on which I will stick with ( ![]() cheers all, Phil |

Not trying to be funny but are those the prices they really charge, if so they seem a bit expensive to me, my son paid £165 fitted for a pair of Z6's at a place in Colchester.
Just curious. |

Lat year I paid £165 at motorcycletyresuk for the pair of Roadattacks fitted.
They where the cheapest in the area at the time. They are now gone up £20. That tyre place next to the prison wanted £165 just for the tyres. If you don't mind riding into london: Essential Rubber |
