Dealers in Manchester
I am hoping to have a look at some bikes this weekend and book test rides on two or three different ones just to find out what would suit me. Can anyone recommend a good dealer with a decent choice of bikes in or around Manchester? Any advice would be very much appreciated.

there is loads of dealers in manchester just go to a dodgy looking pub .....................what are you after ?

hunts motorcycles is a honda dealer, but has loads of really decent second hand stuff. I've dealt with them before and they're a pretty good set of guys. Its on the kingsway next to withington

If the curvy is a yellow one that's been there for sometime -months, the TL was there when I got my SV MoT'd in October .
Road & Race in Hyde are a good bunch, they offered me a test ride of a Vstrom when they serviced the SV. When I was booking it in they had a guy on the phone cancelling his first service on an MV cause he'd just had it knicked. Ouch! |

yeah they seem like cool guys in road and race. Its right off the motorway too. i was charged £117 for a first service there though

Bit further out, but theres Rockets in Blackburn that stock loads of different types of bikes. ESB in Bolton are Suzuki and H**da dealers too.

Ace Motorcycles in Macclesfield have loads of used bikes, they are ace.
Motorcycle Centre at Stockport have a good choice of used bikes, though mainly new Triumphs. Try yellow pages. |
