Just a friendly warning!

Happened to look out of the window at work a minute ago and my assistant's R1100S Boxer Cup replica parked outside.

All was well until I noticed how upright it was - balanced in the wind with half an inch of clear air under the sidestand.

I went out to put it on its centrestand (making the assumption that, being a Beemer, it would have one) but it hasn't got one.

So I made do with a bloody great paving slab on the sidestand and a good dollop of hope.

So please remember to sandbag, chain down, lean against the wall, sit on all night, put in the shed etc etc your bikes in this wind. If it'll lift his hulking great thing it'll flip an SV in a moment.
