Default SV650 Dog bones change

Is it possible to change the SV dog bones on an abba stand easily without removing the wheel???

You don't have to take the rear wheel off. I've never used an ABBA stand but if you can get the rear wheel in the air you're sorted and ready to go.
Loosen the bolts before putting the bike on the stand

Take the rear wheel off, it makes life easy(you dont have to but it helps). To keep the rear up off the floor, get a length of wood from the floor to the grab rail

I wouldn't bother, but I did the first time. It does make it a little easier. But in some ways the wheel can help- with the bike in gear, and the aid of a brick, you can position the swingarm easily at any height, for easy refitting.

I used two breeze blocks under the frame by the rear sets. Works ok, just be careful not to knock it over.

I used my mates muscles to balance the bike on the side stand and the front wheel taking the rear wheel off the ground
