The wife had just agred to the 'busa, and I was only a few thou short on funds. (Actually the whole amount 'cos I keep spending my money on crap) but I will need a new bike in just another 26,000 miles!

You couldn't afford the tyres Hugh, a new set every 1500 miles or so .

Red ones..You need to consider something far more practical mate. A Ducati does not tempt you by any chance?
