The only joke is my inability to strike up a conversation with this girl. It's pretty hard to when she's surrounded by builders 24x7!

Your a wuss, just go up and ask her, then apologise to the builders and ask if you can buy them a drink as well, youll be skint but at least youll know how the land lies

Either that or find out where they all drink on a Friday as all builders finish early on payday and sort of turn up, then you can get to know the crew and find out if she is single

Pop down to B & Q. Purchase a nice (WS) pointing trowl.

On a day when she is at the site take said trowl to a florist. Ask them to tie a ribbon on it and deliver it to the muffin/princess in question with 3 sunflowers (3 being the magic number). Include a little note explaining your attraction/shyness infront of her comrades and your phone number.

Deicded I'm going to bail on this & not pursue it.

Walked past her yesterday & she was looking in the other direction - I walked past slow enough for her to see me & I was ready for some kind of eye contact to say, "Hi".

Today, I went past, she was there again & she had seen me but then looked in completely another direction.

Not going to waste any more time on this. It's too much hassle. No reward is worth this.

Perhaps she's got annoyed at having to wait so long for you to say something - or perhaps, she thinks you aren't actually interested because despite all her eye contact, you haven't approached her - so she doesn't want to appear all "stalker like" and eyeball you every time you come past lol!

May as well just go ask her and find out for certain...

She's probably feeling exactly the same way as you are Kinvig.

The florist/trowl idea I like... give it a try. Non confrontational, no balls needed. If she calls you, you might need them though.
