you have seen my posts, so it wont be me, not right good at gud england LOL

Ive just cancelled my policy and have been told ill be refunded what im owed immediatly....well at least once they have received the insurance certificate which ive just sent Special delivery.

So in theory it should be on its way to me by the end of the week.

If its not, i have no issue with emailing them the link to this thread, lets hope i dont have to though eh...

That's exactly what I did, I think the first excuse was that my cetificate
may have got lost when they moved. I am now in my sixth week waiting.
Yesterdays phone call (Mon 10th) operator Ms Gale Overton said "I don't
understand why you haven't got your £125 yet it is more than two weeks
since the refund request was sent to accounts, I have four more of these
this morning would you like me to pass yours to the team leader with the
other complaints".

Yeah im aware of that. *******s arent they!

Im quite ominous now with all these negative posts - im going to be VERY ****ed off if they dont fulfill their part of the deal, as they were quick enough to take my money to begin with
