Default more starting problems

recently changed the starter motor in my sv curvy due to starting problems. but it made no difference, i was told to change the solenoid which i did but it is still not starting. battery is fine, alarm is not faulty and everything else seems to be ok. any suggestions??

you've double-checked all the connections are good, and all the fuses are OK, not forgetting the main fuse? Try the neutral-safety switches --at the clutch lever, and the sidestand; also check and clean the kill switch.

how is it not starting?

is it turning over?
are the dash lights comming on?
etc
