hmmmm yum yum, i wish the shops were open now.... i could just eat some fresh sardines. Mix up some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, couple of cloves of garlic, some fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice and a bit of brown sugar... marinade the sardines for a few hours and then slap on the grill or barbeque

PS: Read the above as in manner of Nigella Lawson and look meaningfully and seductively to the camera just as she does

I've been eating sardines in tomato sauce and mixing it with salad for lunch at work.

The Glenryk (think that's how you spell it) brand taste far better than the John West brand and contain much less fat. As for the Asda brand - well they're rubbish!

I'm sure they'll be fine in that case mate. Can you imagine how much variation in temp they go thru after being tinned? Think about the transport to get the to the shop, the shops own storgae areas, the temp variations overnight when the shop is shut etc.
Your locker cant be that much different.

Ive never had them hot out the tin or heated tham at all come to think of it...just cold is great.

And Speedy Claire...put my name on the list for yuo summer barbie and make some of those and i'll be there
Sounds yummy!
