There's nothing uncool about using a rear brake in the right circumstances. If it stops you safely then it's more than cool.

Got any ideas on how to repair it for cheap old fairing is mashed, dont mind have it streetfightered!

Really cheap? Duct tape an indicator somewhere and run it as it is.

glad your ok mate. I always use the back brake when needed. Id rather be safe and uncool if necessary than scrapping the tarmac!
