Just a quick question really, but does anyone know off hand where the wiring in pointies differs for hazards/indicators? I'd imagine that hazard's just turns on both sides simultaneously, but just double checking.
Why do I ask? Last weekend on NW3 my right rear indy started acting up. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. However, put the hazard lights on, and it works every time. ![]() I reckon it's probably a contact inside the indicator that's got wet, but it could be a chaffing wire, or maybe even the relay itself. Tomorrow, I shall be mostly hunting electrical faults. ![]() |

Sorted it.
![]() ![]() Turned out to be due to a faulty connection inside the Motrax Diamond I have on the rear. Love it when it's so easy. ![]() |

Dave you sure its not a faulty connection in your Motrax Diamond you have on the rear.

![]() Don't feel lonely guys, you aren't the only ones that didn't answer the question, but did view the thread yday. ![]() If/when the left one goes the same way, I've already got a spare in the shed. How good is that? ![]() I'm actually supprised no-one refered me to the wiring diagram on the main site. TBH, I looked there before I posted the question, then realised "Wait a min, this diagram is for curvies, and they don't have hazard lights. D'OH!" |
