Default help please?

Hi all,

Having decided I need to pull my finger out and get sorted for upcoming exams (I'm early for once ) I have decided to turn to a revision technique which seemed to work well a bit ago. It involves sticking endless bits of paper all over my bedroom walls.

BUT...slight snag. My landlady/lord are a pain and don't allow us to use Blu-Tac on the walls, so we have to pin everything in Not only does this take absolutely ages and leaves me with a sore thumb, some of the walls (I have a big bedroom ) put up a real fight when accepting pins, and as a result just don't.

Sooooooo.... I have thought up a way round it, I think. I need to get hold of a load of plastic/acetate/shiny surfaced stuff to pin up on my walls in a big sheet which I can then Blutac stuff to at my leisure. But how do I go about finding it and most importantly, cheaply! I thought of just putting newspaper up but that will have a tendency to rip and might leave print on the walls

Would be good if I could write on it too with board maker and wipe off again but I might be asking a bit much there

Thanks in advance

Yup I did that last year, my mates walked in my room and were like, OMG could you not fit anymore paper on the wall? I would read something everytime I walked in or out, or listening to music.

Any sort of blu tac/white tac is frowned upon, due to it leaving grease marks on the painted walls, and chipping the paint when pulled off, can sort of see where they're coming from but the number of holes left by failed attempts to stab pins in the walls leaves just as much mess and they repaint the walls before new tenants move in anyway

Thanks for the help chaps
