Lucky for some, eh?

We'll be leaving in about half an hour.

Just got home, great day out, great roads, just dodgy roundabouts!! Nice to meet some new faces, Tilt, Weeble, Seggons, Soulkiss and Skips mates. Thanks again Pete and Lissa for organising again, looking forward to the next one too.

What did happen because I only heard part of the conversation when you were talking to Pete about it.

Home safe and sound, if wetter than a very wet thing! The lightning was impressive, the hail hurt, and I'm sure we passed Noah building something!

Apart from an interesting ride home, a bloody brilliant day.

Thanks to everyone for turning up and adding to the fun, and I hope the newbies will join us again.

Special thanks to Tilt for running as TEC all day, BigBadDad for leading part of the route, and all the markers, especially Skip.

Finally, big up to Soulkiss for travelling so far for this one!

Very big thank you for Pete and Lissa for putting this together and for everyone that came from far and wide. Good to see so many new faces.

Hope my leading skills were not too poor and that you enjoyed the "secret" route to the coast.

Really sorry to you guys for bailing from the ride home.....the tendons in my left hand were really hurting on the way down...they eased once we'd stopped at slightly sunny Hunny. But a few minutes up the road and they were playing up again.......feel like I've let you guys down after agreeing to the scenic route home.

Always great to ride with you guys, my riding skills just keep getting better and better and as for my lunging....well my wife's in for real a treat tonight.

I'm sure I overheard Sean saying that he was going to organise the next one..........have you picked a date for it yet?

Well got to the computer a bit sooner than I thought I would - so makes my call of not so long ago to Pete to let him know I was ok a bit redundant.

Finally clocked it @ 350 miles for the day, my longest days riding on the Zed which is now up to 1400 miles.

Sorry we didnt get to swap Skip, but was just a little nervous of the roads, to say that leaving Sunny Hunny was the most familiar bit of riding (filtering) would not be untrue

Great to meet everyone and hope to see you all again, hopefully anyone that had doubts about AR08 and riding with other .orgers will see they are unfounded and decide to come along

Well dinner and a bath are calling (in that order, not together) so speak to you all again soon.

Oh and to anyone that got stuck behind me, sorry about that, where I am from 90 degree corners have trafic lights on them :P
