Default Which wireless router?

Can anybody reccommend me a wireless router?

I'm on Virgin Media which has the co-axal (?) lead connection.. but need to go wireless now, not sure what I need? My laptop isn't wireless enabled so i'll need the bit for that too.. Don't want to spend much either!!

Gutted... I threw a wireless cable router in the bin just last week

Nick, I have a Belkin which you can have at mates rates. I bought it ages ago when we were with AOL but it is no good with my sky and I don't need it anymore.

i use a d-link router wihich i got of NOVATECH. works perfectly with virgin.

Anyone with Virgin who's still looking for a wifi thingy, watch out for 'Linksys'. It's Vpoor. Get one of the above.

I have the netgear stated, its very good and rarely fails.

Had a belkin before which was a NIGHTMARE.

I had a Belkin which consistently broke down

Another recomendation for the netgear. I bought a refurbed one off ebay. I went form ADSL to cable, and sold my £100 6 month old router for the £30 i paid for my Netgear MIMO router i have now. Talk about depreciation
