I have just finished watching it, thought it was rather amusing .

I did notice that you were wearing gloves while filming, thought maybe you had some kind of Michael Jackson thing going on there

They were being worn as I was trying to get across to the viewer you should always wear the appropriate equipment when getting/attempting KD!! ... I thought it was being funny ... clearly not

Hehe ... it was obviously done tongue-in-cheek, but I was actually doing it for a real reason.

At the time I was considering starting up my own 'Kneedown school' (same idea as wheelie school, but for KD) so I was wondering if I had any natural flair for teaching and how I would actually try to teach it ... best way to do that was to stick a camera on myself with zero preparation and see how I get on ... that was the result ...

So I guess it was silly, yet serious at the same time

Well your next step is to have an audience/students to practice in front of. I used to teach squaddies IT, I practiced before delivery of my first lesson but nothing quite prepared me for when I first stood there at the front and saw 16 pairs of eyes staring at me !!
