Ive just sent a PM to Derby biker asking for his input as the Mod for this section,
what do people think in regards to a reformand name change?

I like where Lylej is going. A list of regular routes and regular meeting points that we can all get to know pretty well and then it can just be a case of 'Anyone fancy a ....... run'?

even if the area isnt split and stays large.. we can have meeting points in all countys, it would just seem easier for people if it was cut in half, its easy if its in your area. but 60 miles to get to the start of a 100+ ride takes your effort out already.

Weekly or every other weekly meets rotated around the classic spots.. MFN, Cat N FID etc.. even that way its close to you at some point of the month..

then one big ride every month or two!

its not time yet because of the weather but come spring if all of this is sorted on here we could have a full fledged group.. making a social effort!

We have tried that before, would be good for a couple of other people to get some sort of access to make things sticky who are abit more active and willing to arrange things for the group and post items worth making stick like routes and a regular meeting point.

A little bit, nothing massive though although the current weather can put people off, not much in ways as excuses for spring / summer though

...is the Massive the only mad section to plan a rideout at this time o year?

lylej how about bassetts pole on a tuesday night? me and cuz are always there, or tag along to the border patrol meets at stormy petrel cud do with more bods at that one.

We've been out the last two weekends with others, and will be out this weekend.
