I have Hood jeans, love em.
In the summer unless going for a 'burn' it'll be the trouser of choice. |

may I just say I women in leather look great, and I appreciate the merit of leather, but I intend to own some leathers but being new to the biking thing was also looking for something a bit more day wear.
I currently intend to be a fair weather biker, riding when its bright and sunny, now this may all change as I never expected to want to ride a bike let alone own one and start on forums about them so who knows I could end up completely addicted and at all the shows etc. Thanks so far for the responses, and if you could pass on the motivational pics that would be great ![]() |

Got a pair of Red Route jeans..
Double up as jeans for working on the bike, when its too hot for leather/textiles and commuting jeans.. £90, with armour on the knees included.. Extra padding on my rear, knees and the side of my thighs.. Also zipz at the bottom to fit over bigger boots. Wash well also ![]() Highly recommended. |

If you are just fairweathering it and only going out for bikefilled blasts (i.e not using it to nip to the shops or drop into work) leathers would be my undisputable choice.

I have Draggin jeans. I only wear them as a quick thing if I'm away to the shops ect. If its a planned or propper ride, I would generally go for my full kit

as stated in one of the links, I rode all the way to Bordeaux (well an hour higher up)from HX in a pair of Draggins, and can say.....it was way too hot for a set of leathers, and I'd trust them anyway. I know how strong they are...and as said before in some, you can put armour in them

I'm sat here at work atm in my Draggin jeans. I wear them for my commute, and they are easily comfy enough to leave on all day.
