If they insist that it's pushed through the site, ask them to provide someone to push it - especially if it's uphill. Failing that, lock it _to_ the site office, ideally just outside the door.

I would just take it! What's the worst they can actually do?!

And if they say anything, just tell them they wont be getting your business again and leave!

Haha. +1

Besides, no-one obeys these 10mph limits and the like. If a car is allowed, a bike is allowed as well unless a VALID reason is given. It's actually discrimination to allow one form of powered transport (i.e a car) but not another (i.e a bike) unless there's, as I say, a valid reason. I don't think that can be "because we don't like bikes", either.

they certainly tried a lot of excuses, to which I pointed out this very discriminatory point. The 'we just don't accept bikes' just wasn't going to wash!

I would just go, ride sensibly < 10mph and stay under the radar. Don't give them anything to moan about.

Hehe. What a load of nonsense. I'll happily hoon my car through a (what is most likely to be a wet-) field, but a road-going motorbike!? No chance I could do 10mph without falling off if I tried!
