Default Aftermarket Undertray

Whats the benefits of these?

Are there any that go higher than the stock one, I.e more room between the undertray and the rear wheel

Thank u

Just gets rid of the big snow plough off the back of the bike, no other reason really.

If anything it would decrease the room between plate and rear wheel. The stock snow plough pushes the plate backwards so that the plate is behind the rear wheel, meaning that plate-wheel contact is impossible (unless you get a lengthened swingarm ). Undertrays move the plate back to being under the tail of the bike, meaning that the rear wheel can now swing up into it.

i agree, the majority of undertrays sit the numberplate further forward (as do many tailtidies). having seen you thread in idol banter Ruthja2801 i would not risk it, looks dangerously low as it is.

I was only thinking about an undertray, If i could get one that gives more clearance, with it being lowered, i just want to try and make sure i can get as much clearance as possible!

thats fine, undertray crossed off the list, thank u
