ooooohhh and sorry for the derail, but.

i have just had a by-pass and they 'glued' the wounds back together, not a stitch in sight.

Balls. I've used industrial superglue to close up deep cuts in my hands for years. It works much better than spray plasters or real ones.

I use Neutrogena Norwegian Formula unscented hand cream every day. My job involves a lot of drilling into brickwork and clambering about it dry dusty lofts. If I don't use a cream of some sorts daily then my hands are dry, leathery and destroyed after a few days - not something the ladies like to be groped by.

I hope they do make a sterile medical variant, or the local hospital patched up the gash in my head with a large quantity of industrial stuff yesterday

Oi, i've reached the grand old age of 52 and have not resorted to the above, just hydrating face cream and hand cream as i do all the washing up, my skin is like my riding, soft and silky smoothe. (or so Beverley tells me).
