Anybody going to Ally Pally in the new year? was it any good last year as i'm holding out for that to get some bargains! Heard about manufacturers pulling out of NEC so thats why i didn't bother!

If you want bargains then the Staffordshire show is supposed to be way better than the NEC . I have not been personally but 2 friends go there each year religiously and come back with swathes of parts , jackets , tools ....... you name it . One mate got a branded Triumph Suede jacket for £20 .

Honda didn't show, Ducati might as well not have bothered, no Aprillia, no Benelli, no Harley (although that isn't all bad). Disappointing to say the least.

Even the skirt was a bit ropey.

Hope you don't think I'm putting a downer on it for you lot that are going on Wednesday, but it is poo. I could actually be saving you some money.
i couldnt agree more

I normally go every year, but thought I'd give this one a miss. I didn't need any gear, so there wasn't much incentive. I'll miss the custom bikes and a free calendar from Carol Nash.

First time I've not been in about 10 years. Don't need anything, not interested in a new bike at present and no money. Same as my Dad & one of my mates who I usually go with.

If all the manufacturers had been there, I might have gone for a look, but not with so many missing. At £8 to park, £10+ to get in, plus petrol for a 300 mile round trip, it's pretty expensive for a day out.
