Agreed ... bit of a false economy at this sort of level ... and in the scheme of things, its not really going to help with buying a house .....

Stick to the SV ..... maybe try and get a few quid for the lower fairings .... but stick with the bike you have ....

I'm sure you are doing it ... but check you're on a cheap phone package, cancel the sky, etc, etc .... always a fair amount of money to be saved if you try hard enough .....

We're trying to save £20,000 to emigrate to OZ so I too know the strain but £1000 per month is good going.

Thats actually not a bad idea, Flog the lowers and the exhaust and keep the bike. You'd make some money back that way definately.

you can emigrate for a lot less than £20k if you tried.

good luck with the savings, sell your bikes and walk to work? unless its 3.5 hours like it is for me.

You need to be on the skilled workers register to get a vida dont you? I would love to move to OZ.

I would walk to work, but I live outside london and work in it. A bike is at least cheaper than public transport.

You do indeed, my wife is a primary school teacher, the £20k is for set up and living costs for 3 months, we don't own a house to sell and on top of that is agents fees, flights and carrier fees for our furniture, unfortunately we have to sell the car and ZX.

Good afternoon all.

Sell it & buy a 'shed' then we can charge you for more servicing.

Seriously though, it's a good bike you have there, & as said, it's better the devil you know etc.

Glad your happy with the service by the way.

Cheers.

£5k get your relocation agent to arrange employment then you only need flights and carriers and living costs for the first month. nearer to £7k then
where as me moving to Canada is simpler and they get a bit of snow every year

Moving off subject like normal round here so back on subject.... the curvys are far superior bikes so thats the main reason you would buy one.
