The 'Org Mountain Bikers Welsh Weekend 2010

To be honest Quiff , you don`t need a super all singing and all dancing bike to do these trails . For giggles I have seen people do these trails of all sorts of old clattery "Butchers Bikes" . And I really do mean "Old Black Iron with a Basket on the front" . And when you ask them why when they are totally gattered and Red faced and dying , it`s usually because they lost a bet ..... but fair play , they do manage it .

I may have a word with mand.. and get a pass. be nice see u all.. espesh the gay southampton dude.

in fact matt if you bringing 2 bikes up I could use one of yours.. ha .. or may borrow my mates..

just if mand let me be out fri night to sunday .. hmmmm nay be that I just drive over to say hi to you all at Mikes on Sat night ..

do u all wear fancy shoes and padded pants and gloves and cycling helmets .. are helmets compulsory ?

They're there to protect your brain!!!

So in your case I think we can make an exception dude...

I do wear a lid , helmets are not compulsory yet but are pretty much de-facto on the trails anyway . I don`t clip-in with shoes as I only have 50% movement in my left ankle and I wear a set of padded shorts under my kit . I try and keep the Lycra down to a minimum .

Let me know if you are coming knobhead and I'll chuck the spare bike (and some ordinairy pedals) on the back of the car.

Latest update from me is that my boss has said I can 'work' from her office in Leicester on Friday, and then leave there at 4pm

Laugh if you will but I'm happy to throw the xbox and a copy of guitar hero /forza in the car...

Only have one guitar though so not so good unless someone has another...
