Not quite an off but almost dropped my old CB1-400. Used to ahve to push the bike backwards up the drive, up the side of the car. At the end of the drive was a small tree which was a bit of a pain to get past so I decided to dig it out which I did. Couple of days later decided to go out on the bike, so there I am sitting on it pushing it backwards up the drive forgetting that theres now a 2foot wide 1fot deep hole at the side of me. Foot goes down hole on my right and i pretty much fall over.

They're all embarrasing but I had the mother of all humiliation.

Loada uni mates happen to be around as I'm getting on my bike. Literally, getting on my bike! Pull the bike in an upright position so I can kick the stand back, but pulled too far past upright like an eager beaver and I lose it as it goes down on its right.

I save it with my boot but need a hand to get it back up. Still to this day don't know how I managed to do that. Never did it as a learner and never again since - very gutting though.

i was on a quiet country road absolutley nothing around, so decided to do a u turn, to ride the road again the opposite way, it was on a hill and as i got half way round i toppled over somehow, right at the moment a car appeared from both directions, no one helped they just sat there watching me, probably in disbelief LOL
