So a new side pod cover is needed.

Well it looks like it is the clutch plate. Seemed to get gradually worse on the way back. And as predicted the garage said it's the clutch plate (started to get play in the lever on the way back). Thats another thing to get sorted before France then.

On the plus side while I was in there I saw a very nice K8 GSXR-600 with 3500 miles and 1 owner for about £5500. Now, if I could just match 5 numbers tonight......

Cheers to all for a good ride-out today. Had a good laugh, even thought the weather was abit naff to start off with. Great roads covered, looking forward to doing them again in the dry!

Cracking day out again gents! Thanks to col for organising this and sorting the route out. I'll definitely be revisiting some of those roller coaster roads again soon!

Twas a fantastic day and despite the weather threatening to ruin everything I had a great time. Hope to see you lot all out again soon. (Which of course I will what with Le Carnage rapidly approaching!)
