Mine shows under songs but not artists...
  How many artists do you have? And does it appear under songs? I can only imagine that it is only shown if you have lots of artists

How do you lot manage to get albums onto your iphones? the wife is nagging for it. She has a collection of about 200 albums she wants loading from her Samba share. But, no sd card on the phone and I cannot see the internal memory when I connect it to my servers USB. (Fedora and Suse).

isn't itunes a windows application to buy songs from apple? I just need to be able to mount the phone as a block device on my system and copy the albums to it. thats all I do with my android stuff, no need for any applications. I am fed up of gogling this. Nobody seems to know how.
