Seems like you have thought this through Matt. Now just do what I do when I get in this position, DO IT! Don't think and just do. That's how I ended up with the street (and I still blame Simon for that. Well I s'pose blame isn't all that correct as I love the bike!)

I'd suggest putting together a business case instead of just walking into a bank and asking them to bung you a bundle.
