Taken a while to get sorted but I have had confirmation now that the person who hit me has accepted liability and her insurers will pay out the claim my legal team put in. I put in a very modest amount for gloves and helmet only and accepted a standard payout for damaged ribs, but I will now be able to restore my 11 years NCB. The Police also successfully prosecuted her for driving without due care and attn. The have been very efficient.
All in all a good result but has sure taken a long time to resolve. Happy Christmas folks!
