Nice Kenzie but the postage is more than Yoko's new camera!

I've just been playing with the X700. It took me a while to figure out how to turn it on!
Everything seems to work OK and it's a nice solid camera in good condition and came with a case. Bargain at £18.
I have to decide whether to keep the lens or sell it. The 50mm Rokkors normally go for £20-30. I rarely use the 50mms on SLRs, either finding the focal length too long or too short. I know the quality isn't as good but zooms are more flexible

Johnny, will keep looking. Yoko, will send my address over. Did you get the Minolta in the end?

Got the X700 tonight. The 300 should arrive later in the week.

Cool. Finished off a film in the Pentax MV1 and while unloading didn't realised the film hadn't fully resound and opened the film door. Hoping I haven't lost too much. Also finished off the P30t and Lomo Konstructor. Will drop the films off on Saturday.

How can you manage to get through film so quickly? You must have a good eye for potential images. Even if I take my TZ out, I only seem to take a handful of pics.

Its mostly experimenting with depth of field really. Trying to master aperture and shutter speed and how they affect each other. TBH the cheapest way of doing this would be with my D3200 but I normally carry a film camera with me and my TZ35 most days.

You may have to if you can't find a suitable donor or run out of patients!
