Bike night - SV650.org

I was told of a bike night which happens at the Horseshoes pub, on the A483 between Welshpool and Berriw, so I went for a look. Friendly affair, about 40 bikes of all types. Chatted with a couple of people there about....erm.... bikes, as one does. The two bikes which caught my eye were a new RE Continental in black and chrome, and a lovely, yellow Trumpet 765.

They're on every other Monday so I might go to the next one and get some pictures.

I know that pub. I went past a couple of weeks past and they had a classic car gathering. Of course I had to stop and take photos.

I haven't got there yet this year, but there's a bike night every Thursday at the Raven just outside Whitchurch. Went along a couple of times last summer and it was a good mix of modern and classic bikes. I'd estimate at least 100 bikes each time I went.

We have a glut of them around here now HU4. A lot of places have realised the financial benefits of have Biker friendly Cafes and Pubs

Had a great day out Yesterday saying Happy Birthday to an old biker Garry Embo in a Care home around Malton. Great turn-out,
