Default Moving, Not that I am doing it

OK Prompted by the fact that Miss T is moving.

I have nevered really moved apart from to a flat in Telford. Used an escort van for all my wordly goods and then out to my present home 20 yrs ago with the aid of a Luton Transit.

So if I was ever to move again. I guess the professional moving people would be used. Assumming any move was work related and therefore relocation expenses would pick up the bill.

So my question really relates to how the heck do the professional moving people handle "Other goods".

By that I mean the stuff in the garage. as in

Bike. could this go with the rest of stuff in the back of the truck?. Then big stuff like 4* 8ft cabinets, Ladders, compressor, pillar drill, toolboxes and most important my wood collection. pots of paint, half tins of oil etc.

No wonder they say moving is traumatic. I would be worried sick without my bits.

Best wishes and good luck with the move and may your neighbours be a damm sight nicer than your current set. Not hard I think.
