Fitted my hugger on Saturday morning so I had to take the bike for a little run to make sure everything was sitting right.

I said I would only be 1/2 an hour or so, I was just going to go up to Dundrod.

3 and 1/2 hours later I returned my wife was starting to panic.
Dundrod turned into to Antrim, Ballymena, Coleraine and back.

We will have to organise a run around Easter - I say Easter selfishly as my bike is in bits!

Nothing to serious though dont let Steve in on it or we will be in Scotland!!

Hope to meet with you someday

there was an awful lot of sv650s racing at easter. i heard some of the 400 guys have switched to the suzi. maybe it'll get its own championship next year.

yep the SV's are getting popular and a class of its own is not far away - the only problem is running another class. There isnt much time left for another 2 races at a meeting. It would probably be at the expense of another class.

Were you at Bishopscourt on E.Sat?

Thanks - it was a hard fall - i really got stuffed into the tarmac not even a slide to take the force - but here i am. Got out of hospital last night and posted here - a sad lot us motorbikers are really

My shoulder blade and ribs are broken and muscle damaged but at least i am not in plaster. The lung was so badly bruised it started to bleed and that caused concern at the track, but Down hospital put in a chest drain and that relieved it until i was rushed to The Ulster. That is why they kept me for a good few days, until it sorted itself out again.

A wee run off to Bishopscourt today was great - couldnt sit around at home when there was racing on!!! Good racing it was too.

Funny enough i know someone else that was marshalling at turn two last Sat from the Cookstown club - are you that man??

i was helping popeye paint the kerbs and roads around orritor today, and had meant to mention that you were well enough to post on the internet, but totally forgot sorry.

i'm the bloke with the original handle of "geoff" that you might see posting on the clubmans websites from time-to-time.
