Both front calipers are now rebuilt, seals were fine, but it literally looked like the seal cavities had been filled with chalk.
120psi to pop them out, that's a personal record!  Shock and linkages etc. are back in, As is the exhaust, with copperslipped stainless studs this time. Maybe next time the system needs to move then they'll come off! The polished forks look lovely, and now have hagon springs and 15w oil Subframes back from the powdercoaters on monday hopefully

latest pics before the frames go to chris tomorrow...apparently these were NASTY callipers, I think this is the last photo chris took..rubber grease in there
 mmmmmm nice shiny shock and right way up      they appeared to be filled with some chalk like substance that required some large amounts of brute force, including 120 psi of compressed air......or summat like that

the rusty subframe is no more, a nice shade of shiny black powdercoat. I used the spare one that I had done at the same time, because this one has a lot of pitting, but it will come in handy because the one on the black one needs doing too eventually
 mmmmmm huggy type object and shock, and spot that nice clean rear wheel  fender extenda  a better view of the huggy thing, and a nice shiny chain and sprocket set up  new hagon prgressive forks in there, polished forks too. 15w oil.

i'm just the polisher, its Chris's handy work with big hammers and air blaster wotsits thats doing all the hard work. But I have my trusty Dremel now to clean up some of those rusty engine bolts and axle nuts etc
