With regard to noise at Rockingham I can assure you they are very liberal. I was there today, there was no individual noise testing (this was with Hottrax) but in briefing they told us there were noise meters positioned around the circuit. All I can say is they either weren't turned on or are calibrated to only react to a train of Nascar on a green light, because I ran around all day with virtually an open pipe and didn't raise an eyebrow, and trust me, the noise bouncing back at you as you run alongside the wall is incredible. Brilliant, made my day.

forecast is looking good for the weekend
 Also if anyone wants they can use my data logger / lap timer for a session. The software I wrote can work out lap times average speed etc. with a bit more work it will be able to compare braking points, apex speeds and so on between two laps or riders. I want to get atleast 4 sessions for my database so first come first served, let me know. |
