Well day 1 completed without a cheat. I could hear the call of the drinkies cabinet and the new bottle of Bowmore 21 year old shouting my name. But I resisted. No after dinner Stilton. Everything recorded for analyse by the dust demon.
I even ate a banana yesterday. The first piece of fruit I have eaten in about 20 years. Anyone know how long it should take to loose about 4 stone. Whoops just realised that if I actually loose all of that I will have to buy new leathers anyway.
