If you keep waiting for the right moment, you'll be 70 and impotent by the time you ask her.....and then there'll be no point.
She's only going to be on that job for so long, the window of oppurtunity will be closing at some point. Don't wait for the right moment, make it the right moment. Even if she says no or I'm married, at least you know. All the time you don't know is wasted time that you could have been sharking for someone else
