I spent the day traveling down to White Dalton today so we could go over my case, statement, and claim. The good news is that they are very confident that I should get 100% but its looking extreeeeemly likely that I will have to go all the way to court for it And all I can do now is sit back and wait for the court date to be set. Bloody taxi drivers

Just out of interest, who is dealing with your case?

I hope its not john.

Andrew is taking it to court for liability, and Jo is dealing with the money side of the claim including the personal injury.
Richard - I'm just frustrated by the whole thing. It will be a year on March 2nd all because a taxi driver who was ****ed off waiting in a massive traffic jam pulled out in front of me and is claiming the whole incident was my fault. The **** wouldn't have seen me if I was stood by his window waving at him coz he never bothered looking.
When it's all done with I'm getting a fist full of Think Bike leaflets and going down to their yard (1/2 a mile up the road from me) and sticking one under every wiper I can find on each car, van and bus. And maybe on their reception desk

Andrew is a good bloke, I spoke to him the other week regarding my case.

Yes, agreed and you have my sympathy, but when did the legal service ever move as fast as you want Time is money, more money for them

They both seemed really normal. Something I didn't expect from a legal team. They were very honest with me and didn't bog things down with loads of technical stuff. I wouldn't want to cross him in court though, he seems to relish a good arguement.
The bizarre thing is, the taxi driver and his legal team have admitted on official forms that he was doing a u turn, but that I was the cause of the accident. Andrew had a twinkle in his eye when he pointed that out. I am looking forward to the cross examination of the driver, and his witness on the day
