How about some soft sculpture,I took these in Horncastle last week end,knitted covers over the bollards on the High Street,and knitted bunting over the Tesco Bridge,different if nothing else!!!

Photo a day 2015
I was listening to. Damon Albarn's solo album this morning while the rain was hammering down and the song Hollow Ponds came on. I knew they were in Epping Forest near where he grew up before he moved out to near my home in Essex but I had never been there. So I programmed a good route into the sat nav and when the sun came out we rode out there. It's actually a rather lovely spot. Tranquil but in the heart of the city with a boating lake and lots of water fowl.

Today was an emotional day, my youngest, Jack, is leaving primary school in two weeks. Today was the last summer fun day at his school and we managed a decent send off courtesy of Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue. This is us 100 feet up in the air! And yes, he's only eleven and yes, he's going to be taller than me.

That has great potential. It just needs a tweak in Photoshop to boost the levels and bring out those colours.
